Nigel and Lorraine were married at Gateshead registry office in February 2022. They were accompanied by their two witnesses only. In a small intimate ceremony. Nigel is the father of my friend Alex, who’s wedding I covered in 2019 in Durham.

Grey Street hotel, is a 4 star AA rated Georgian era hotel in Newcastle City Centre.  Each of the hotels rooms has its own unique décor and colour scheme.

They had the reception meal at the Grey Street hotel, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. In the hotels Leila Lilly’s bar. The reception was attended by the couples’ closest friends and family.

Leila lily’s is an award-winning rosette bar & restaurant situated on the iconic Grey Street in the centre of Newcastle.
